Urban Rentals NYC Refund Policy

At Urban Rentals NYC, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we have established a fair refund policy to accommodate such changes. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Made More Than 48 Hours Before Pickup:

    • Full refund of the rental amount paid, minus a $50 administrative fee.

  2. Cancellation Made Less Than 48 Hours But More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup:

    • 50% refund of the rental amount paid, minus a $50 administrative fee.

  3. Cancellation Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup:

    • No refund will be provided.

Early Return Policy

  1. Early Return with More Than 3 Days Remaining:

    • Refund of the unused rental days, minus a $50 administrative fee.

  2. Early Return with Less Than 3 Days Remaining:

    • No refund will be provided for the unused rental days.

No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled pickup date and does not inform Urban Rentals NYC in advance, no refund will be provided.

Reservation Modifications

  1. Modification Made More Than 48 Hours Before Pickup:

    • No fee for modifying the reservation. Any difference in rental amount due to changes will be adjusted accordingly.

  2. Modification Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Pickup:

    • A $25 administrative fee will be charged for any modifications. Any difference in rental amount due to changes will be adjusted accordingly.

Damage and Cleanliness

  1. Vehicle Returned with Damage:

    • The cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit. If the repair cost exceeds the deposit, the renter will be responsible for the additional amount.

  2. Vehicle Returned Excessively Dirty:

    • A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the request is received and approved by Urban Rentals NYC.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
