Please also let me know if you need the vehicle for a "Long distance" Trip or if you're traveling just in the tri state and/or local areas. Prius also comes with and Ez-pass so traveling through tolls won't be a problem.

Unauthorized drivers are NOT permitted to operate/drive the vehicle
The vehicle is expected to be returned with a clean interior and exterior
Vehicle is to be returned with the same level of fuel as pickup Or a convenience fueling fee will be added.
***No Smoking this will result in a $250 smoking fee
All TICKETS, FINES, FEES and other Received During the rental, Caused by the renter and or/rental periods must be paid by the renter.
The passenger capacity of the vehicle is determined by the number of seatbelts Its the Law!
And must not be Exceeded While in the vehicle please fasten you're seatbelt.
Flat Or damaged Tires Are the renters Responsibility Of the renter and or the authorized Driver(s).
No Cellphone Use While operating The vehicle Unless its hands free
